JingBao events and schedule upate

24-06-06—-Vin and Hanse signing of performance agreement with ntu orgnanisers.
25-06-06—-short jam practice session and photoshoot for submission to events coming up.
29-06-06—-Superband grand finals performance briefing
08-07-06—-Public gathering for all fans. There is no restriction on the number of
people attending now, so yeah, everyone is invited to join us!

upcoming performance date will be on 16th July 2006, Sunday. CIVICS PLAZA

(In case u duno where is Civics plaza, its at Takashimaya, open-air space beside the road.)
We were invited by NTU to perform for the event, Digital DESIGN’ 06 at Civics Plaza
(The exact timing of our performance is not out yet)

To clear any confusion– We have supporters asking us if this is a Superband event. Nope, it is not. We were invited by NTU side in regards to this performance, so it is not related to superband in any way.

  A piece of good news everyone!Jingbao has been invited for a performance coming up in July!!

Details has not yet been confirmed and therefore will not be released to you all yet. Stay tune however for our performance in July!!

Just to keep everyone informed, Jingbao is still around and our friendster blog and our yahoogroup is still being updated constantly!

Due to the overwhelming response about Jingbao members details and info, this post is also to let you know us a LITTLE better.
(this post will be edited occasionally if i think of things to add)

Hobbies: watch movies, listens to music, plays the guitars/bass/drums, composes music,collects guitars, interest in filming,

Vin likes to listen to all kinds of Rock and makes short films with his friend DingAn when he has spare time. He met Hanse also because of their common interest in Jrock.

Deeply influenced by old grunge, angst filled rock and popular pop,

Vin has developed a different outlook towards music and a widespread 
taste for it.

He feels emotions are most important in music and stresses it
  more than other structural factors.

Hobbies: Hanse reads fantasy novels(Fav Terry Pratchett), plays the guitar/bass/drums, composes music and draws everything, everywhere, anywhere- ppl, comics, scenery, caricatures, etc. He likes listening to music, comprising of music from JROCK, English Rock, Chinese Rock, Jpop and Cpop. (fav jrock band L’Arc~En~Ciel, Chinese band Mayday and Beyond)Plays
basketball (lesser these days),cycles/rollar blades( very bad at it, haha)Watch
movies/Animes(fav BLEACH) , sing ktv, listen to music(JROCK,
eng/chinese Rock) , interest in horescopes n Japanese Language

Hobbies:I originally wanted to write the same as what we(Jingbao) wrote for him in our past web posting many years ago, which says smoking. ….. BUT NOW, i want to say something to everyone, Who says smokers can’t quit the habit?
Ray, You have done it! Well done Ray! He is now SMOKE FREE too!
Ray has come a long way in
  the world of percussion. Humbly starting as a snare drum percussionist, he has
  honed his skills on the drumset and has experience drumming on most kinds of
  music styles. His main influences of music are however
  of softer rock, apart from the rest of the members. Ray sings and plays the guitar/drums and is a devoted Christian. He is often busy with his work and has a great sense of humour! (You don’t want to see him when he is very serious!) haha
One more thing, he LOVE his gf, Jocelyn and Good food!
